L’iscrizione alla newsletter è libera, volontaria e gratuita.
Attraverso l’inserimento del proprio indirizzo email, l’utente acconsente a ricevere comunicazioni periodiche relative a contenuti formativi, aggiornamenti, iniziative, eventi, prodotti e servizi offerti da Laetitia Farellacci ArtLab.
L’utente dichiara di fornire dati veritieri e aggiornati e si impegna a non utilizzare indirizzi email non propri o senza autorizzazione.
Le comunicazioni inviate potranno avere contenuto informativo, educativo e, in alcuni casi, promozionale.
È possibile disiscriversi in qualsiasi momento tramite il link presente in fondo a ogni email o contattando direttamente il titolare del sito.
I dati personali saranno trattati nel rispetto della normativa vigente in materia di protezione dei dati personali (Regolamento UE 2016/679 – GDPR), secondo quanto descritto nella Privacy Policy.
2. Workshop
Prenotando questo workshop, dichiari di essere d’accordo con i termini e le condizioni qui riportate.
Ogni fase del pagamento non è rimborsabile. Qualora fossi impossibilitato a partecipare potrai
cedere il tuo posto ad un’altra eventuale persona interessata a partecipare.
Nel caso in cui il workshop venga cancellato per cause di forza maggiore, sarai avvisato al più presto e le eventuali quote versate ti verranno rimborsate per intero.
Le spese di viaggio o alloggio non saranno rimborsate per i corsi annullati.
Le immagini realizzate durante le giornate di corso possono essere unicamente pubblicate sui propri canali web, citando e taggando Laetitia Farellacci e specificando che l’immagine è stata realizzata in occasione del workshop.
Ai partecipanti non è consentito utilizzare le immagini scattate durante il workshop a fini commerciali, non possono essere inviate a riviste, mostre o concorsi senza autorizzazione.
né essere utilizzate per pubblicizzare servizi fotografici, workshop o prodotti.
Tutte le informazioni apprese in questo workshop sono esclusivamente per uso personale. Non è possibile filmare o registrare alcuna fase del workshop senza permesso.
3. Mentoring
Prenotando questo mentoring, dichiari di essere d’accordo con i termini e le condizioni qui riportate.
La data del mentoring verrà concordata insieme e potrà essere successivamente modificata per una unica volta solo in caso di reale necessità entro due mesi dalla prima data stabilita.
Ogni fase del pagamento non è rimborsabile.
Per il mentoring presso il tuo studio sono da aggiungere alla quota qui indicata, spese di viaggio e alloggio.

L’acquisto garantisce la possibilità di visionare il videocorso tramite la piattaforma Esmerise. La visione è da intendersi per uso personale ed è quindi permessa alla sola persona che effettua l’acquisto. Non è consentita la copia, la modifica e/o la distribuzione di quanto contenuto in questo sito web.
L’accesso ai contenuti proposti è inteso come illimitato, fatto salvo per uso scorretto del sistema. L’accesso al video è limitato ad un numero massimo di 3 dispositivi per evitare di incorrere al blocco degli accessi ai video e alla necessità di dover effettuare un nuovo acquisto.
La protezione dei contenuti in vendita è sviluppata applicando ai contenuti elementi utili all’identificazione dell’acquirente nel caso in cui dovesse evidenziare un utilizzo non ammesso secondo i termini qui riassunti e meglio evidenziati nell’informativa estesa.
Qualsiasi riscontro di violazione ai diritti d’autore determinerà azioni per via legale.

The user declares that they are providing accurate and up-to-date information and undertakes not to use email addresses that do not belong to them or without authorisation.
The communications sent may contain information, educational content and, in some cases, promotional material.
You may unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of each email or by contacting the website owner directly.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with current legislation on the protection of personal data (EU Regulation 2016/679 – GDPR), as described in the Privacy Policy.
2. Workshop
By booking a workshop, you agree to the terms and conditions set out below.
No part of the payment is refundable. Should you be unable to attend, you may
transfer your place to another person interested in participating.
In the event that the workshop is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, you will be notified as soon as possible and any fees paid will be refunded in full.
Travel or accommodation expenses will not be refunded for cancelled courses.
Images taken during the course days may only be published on your own online channels, crediting and tagging Laetitia Farellacci and specifying that the image was taken during the workshop.
Participants are not permitted to use images taken during the workshop for commercial purposes; they may not be submitted to magazines, exhibitions or competitions without authorisation.
Nor may they be used to advertise photography services, workshops or products.
All information learnt in this workshop is for personal use only. You may not film or record any part of the workshop without permission.
3. Mentoring
By booking a mentoring session, you agree to the terms and conditions set out below.
The date of the mentoring session will be agreed upon together and may be changed only once, if absolutely necessary, within two months of the originally agreed date.
No part of the payment is refundable.
For mentoring sessions held at your studio, travel and accommodation expenses must be added to the fee stated here.
Images taken during the mentoring sessions may only be published on your own online channels, crediting and tagging Laetitia Farellacci and specifying that the image was taken during the mentoring session.
Course participants are not permitted to use images taken during the mentoring for commercial purposes; they may not be sent to magazines, exhibitions or competitions without authorisation.
Nor may they be used to advertise photography services, workshops or products.
All information learnt during this mentoring is for personal use only. It is not permitted to film or record any part of the mentoring without permission.
4. Video courses
Purchasing this course grants you access to view the video course via the Esmerise platform. Viewing is intended for personal use only and is therefore permitted solely to the person making the purchase. Copying, modifying and/or distributing the content of this website is not permitted.
Access to the content provided is intended to be unlimited, subject to the system not being misused. Access to the video is limited to a maximum of 3 devices to avoid having access to the videos blocked and the need to make a new purchase.
The protection of the content for sale is implemented by applying elements to the content that enable the identification of the purchaser should any unauthorised use occur, as outlined in the terms summarised here and further detailed in the extended policy.
Any evidence of copyright infringement will result in legal action.
